alright, today i am going to be talking moreabout the use of the sulfur soap, and more of just trying to give you more of my knowledgeof having been using it for quite some time now, years. the sulfur element itself is prettyabundant. i think it is like number fifteen or sixteen on the list, somewhere in that area, ofthe most abundant elements, on earth at least anyway, probably more abundant in the universe. soyou already have a lot of it in your body. so, you know, maybe that's the way i've beenable to use it for so long, and not be that affected by it as far as i can tell. i'm nota medical doctor, i don't have formal training in the medical field. i have done a lot ofintensive research, in the area, on the internet so have some knowledge. i don't know if thisis really going to pertain to you or not.
i would definitely suggest getting alternatemedical advice before you use anything that i am going to give you here. so, since thesulfur is such an abundant element, if you start using it and start getting like a... you thinkthat you are getting an alergic reaction from it, that may not be the sulfur, that's probably thestuff that the sulfur is getting after, and it's getting mad, and it doesn't like it so,it's a tough one to say, that's would i would think. that's what happened with me. i wasnot allergic to the sulfur. any kind of reaction i had, that was the stuff that the sulfur was killing, it was fighting back. the amount to use is probably going to vary by yourbody weight, i would imagine. i'm pretty heavy, right now, i'm about 260 pounds or so. i use aboutfour pea sized (glops of the sulfur soap cream) total
but i think that you could probablyuse a little bit more in the beginning, because in the beginning, that stuff (soap)has permeated my body, and permeated those areas for so long, so i'm pretty saturatedand it just slowly eminates out of the stuff that i have driven it into. and so you are probablynot going to have that problem as much in the beginning, but you definitely don'twant to use too much. it's rough, i mean you can do it, but you just have to do more exerciseand drink a lot more water. so, i would say when you want to use it, at the most, in certainareas, you want to use about a pea sized glop on the soap. you want kind of a small amount, but you need enough to where it kind of slides. the sulfur soap is not very slippery (when dry).unless, i guess, depending upon what
other soap you are using, maybe your soap is goingto be a little more slippery than the stuff i am using. i probably tend to say avoid theslippery stuff (soap with extra lubricant) because you probably want that stuff(the problem) especially in the beginning coming apart as slowly as possible. so, iwould try to avoid using the soap that has any kind of lubricants in it or whatever becauseit's going to want to make that stuff (hair) come apart faster. so try to use the smallestamount possible to do the job. because you are going to have to hit a few different areas, you know, multiple areas. a lot of times i find that i have to try to... go light on it(use less sulfur soap) so i use like a half a pea (or less) then it doesn't slidevery good but sometimes you have to kind of adjust.
now if you start having problems with, youknow, stuff (disease, etc.) wants to get away from that (sulfur) so kinda wants to go to differentareas of your body, you know it likes to move around to get away from that sulfur, so ifit starts getting to your ears, to me the wax that kind of builds up in there is the best solution.but, if it's too much for that, and you have to get all that wax out of there, i have takenglobs of it and put it on q-tips and rubbed it in there to get that stuff to go away fromyour ear area, that is not the preferred solution, the wax is in my opinion, but sometimes ihave had to do it, but i try to get away from it whenever i can and just go back to thewax. it seems to work, you know you don't have to use as much sulfur then. that's whatyou want to try to do. for your nose, i wear
the expanding strips that kind of opens your noseup, the breathe right type strips. i rub some alcohol on my nose. that helps that stuffstick. i only wear that at night though, to sleep. your eyes, you know, you probably maybewant to rub some of that kind of close towards the inside corners of your eyes right there(on the nose though), to get a little bit of that more back into your eyes there, that might help. your mouth, you want to try to keep your mouth as clean as possible, maybebrush a couple of times a day, just like normal. i make my own mouthwash. i use listerine asone component, because the alcohol is really the best for killing any of those germs, andi actually add flouride to mine. it just helps with the teeth. i like flouride, but just as a mouth wash really. i don't have any preference
as far as if it's in the water, it's fine with me.make sure you floss all the time. also, i have found, i mean at least for me, i don't knowif this is going be your case, but uh, i use like a night guard type of device, it seems like the sulfurkind of wants to make me clench my teeth, and kind of grind 'em, so i wear that atnight too, to make sure that i'm not grinding my teeth down any more than they already arefrom before i decided man i should try to look into one of those. so that might helpyou a lot, use like a night guard as a protector for your teeth. if while you are using thesulfur soap, one of the areas starts to come apart, there will (may) be like an oily discharge.at one point i had like a really oily discharge on the whole front of my chest area, and youjust can't freak out, man, that stuff's
going to happen. at least on the ones, the peoplewho are heavier (cases). i don't know about the lighter cases. but, you just can't freakout, you just gotta kinda keep using that soap on that area, and it eventually driesit all out, and that stuff gets killed, and goes away. sleep, if you start wanting tosleep too much, you may be too saturated with sulfur soap, you want to drinkmore water, and maybe more vigorous cardiovascular exercise to get that out of your cells, get it out of your system, you just want it in that other system. sulfur makes you kindof tired sometimes. if you start getting into trouble because you are using too much sulfursoap, then you have to kind of maybe stop what you are doing for a while and take a break andstep back and think about it. you know maybe
3 days, 3 - 4 days and let that stuff kindof settle down, let that saturation level go down and make sure that you are drinkinga lot of water all the time. it seems like the farther i get into it, sometimes i kindof have to do that anyway because the stuff that i'm taking care of is getting moreand more saturated with the sulfur all the time and so i have to kind of do that every oncein a while, you know take 3, 4, 5 days off and just kind of mellow out and step back and see what i amdoing, you know. how am i doing here? the difficulty level for doing this is very, very difficult, but you know you have a difficult problem to deal with. all i can say... you might want to think about that beforehand, it is very, very difficult, especially to keep it up for years which iswhat it takes, especially if you are a heavier
case it's going to take years. so know thatbefore you go into it, it's tough man. some critical things to think about: number one, don't over do it, that's defeating the purpose. i just talked about drinking plenty of water, night and day, a lot of times i have to wake up like every 2 hours at night sometimes. sometimesi can get away with sleeping (all the way through). you have to know. you have to know your own body, you have to kind of adjust. but i know sometimes if i get a little bit more in me i have to get upevery 2 hours and drink like another glass full of water. make sure you do enough cardiovascularexercises, that keeps your body in good condition. i do at least two hours every time i go out there (toexercise). right now i am doing about two, maybe three times a week. i've done more, and like i saidsometimes i take a break and don't do as much,
but i'd say probably about three times a week.some people can do more, that's great. if you can do more, more power to you,you will have less problems. you want to make sure that you kind of eat a lot because you are goingto be doing a lot of exercise. i just go for the basic foods: milk, meat, cheese, fruitsand vegetables, bread, a lot of bread, i just eat the regular basic old stuff, i'm kind of oldschool in that sense, you know eggs. to me all it is is good calories and minerals, sojust eat the basic foods a lot of it you know. i want to talk about critical areas, that i have foundto be critical while you are doing this treatment. your eyes, you don't want to havethat stuff end up in your eyes not taking care of that, maybemacular degeneration will start to happen
if you are not taking care of your eyes, and putting somethere and making sure that is kind of soaking into that area too. your jaws, since your mouthis always kind of moist, it seems like some stuff (bacteria) kind of wants to build up,that stuff likes that, it wants to grow there so sometimes i hit my jaws and drive the soapinto that area. i have found that to be kind of a critical area. down in your thoraciccavity, down in there, you don't want to neglect that, that is where a lot of vital stuff isso... the top of your feet, it (soap) seems to tend to migrate from your feet upinto your calves and everywhere else kind of goes to your upper legs, so the top of the feet,it kind of has more pressure there so i think that is a good area to kind of hit sometimes.right below your lower back, that is a good
spot. i consider it kind of a critical area, and maybe your hips, you know. those hip bones, you want to try to keep those in as good ofshape as you can. that stuff will disintegrate that spot after a while so that's a good area.and your mouth, kind of the same thing as the jaws, but it helps a lot to just keepyour mouth as clean as you possibly can and use that alcohol based mouthwash. but, alcoholitself, drinking alcohol while you are using the sulfur, that is definitely a thing toavoid. so i think i will talk about things to avoid right now: alcohol, like i just said...excessive salt, that tends to dry you out so much and the sulfur is already drying youout so much so i would eat as little salt as you possibly can. drugs, the sulfur, inmy opinion is all you need... good hard exercise,
good food, a lot of water, and the sulfur.maybe you could find that you need a little bit of nose spray, i don't know, whatever, butthat is a basic thing, you know, avoid the drugs, that's my opinion. another thing toavoid is to try to have as little contact as you can with people, and things that people mighttouch, you know that's what the fist bump is good for instead of a handshake, or just don't touchthem at all you know. i think the japanese have it right, they just bow, you know, that's perfect.and animals too, i love dogs and animals but right now, in my condition, i try to avoidtouching them as much as i possibly can. it is not that i am afraid of them, its justthat i don't want them to have anything to do with me really. also, you don't want touse the sulfur as much right before you go
to sleep. try to use it earlier in the day so yourbody kind of has a chance to assimilate it... well not really assimilate it but uh... eliminateit some. so right before you go to bed that's harder on your system. i know i've done itmany, many times and it is hard to not do it, but it's rougher on your internals, yourliver and kidneys whatever, it's rougher. this is a tough one, but uh... since you areputting the soap in those areas and penetrating all that stuff, i don't take showers rightnow. if you want to clean up... i use a product called aloe vesta (cleansing foam), and youcan clean up in other ways, you don't have to take a shower. you can get just about asclean using some other product like that, like aloe vesta. and the pool as well, i don'tswim in the pool, you know, that defeats the
purpose because it is going to be taking allthe work that you have done and throwing it out the window. so, the pool is probably athing to avoid. i do wash my hands a lot that i have found you can do. so keep your handsas clean as possible. the rest... no, uh-uh. i don't do it. i just try to keep myself as cleanas possible with those other types of products. i don't know if this is really goingto pertain to you or not, this is the way i do it, but i don't wear shoes too much.i mean i do when i go exercise, you know, i go out and ride my bike for two hours, welli definitely have shoes on, regular shoes. or whatever i do, whatever kind of high cardioworkout i put my shoes and socks on. but other times i don't wear the shoes, i wear flipflops. some of you could get away with sandals
or whatever. i hate wearing them. that isone of my pet peeves of the whole thing is having to wear (flip flops)... i like shoes, you know, i like to wear shoes all the time. i mean i don't like to wear them when i sleepbut... any other time i want shoes on my feet, it is protecting your feet, but i can't dothat now, i haven't been able to do that for years and oh it drives me nuts, but anyway... so let mesee... some other things, some miscellaneous things that i have written down here: make sureyou get a lot of rest, that's critical. i find that i need about the same amount of restthat that i ever did, so whatever you think... eight hours, right around eight hours, eight / nine hoursgood.you have enough rest, especially since you have to get up every couple hours (or more)every night (sometimes) you want to make sure
you get eight, nine hours, every night, that'sa critical thing. i already talked about the flouride. i have found that the alcohol based mouthwashis best for killing so i add some extra flouride, stannous flouride to my listerine. one otherthing about your skin, especially on your face you know you want to keep a good complexion, the sulfur usually takes care of most of it, but sometimes you might kind of start havingsome little problems here and there, it kind of gets flaky or whatever, ketoconazole. idon't remember the percentage, i don't remember what percentage... ketoconazole regular, youcan buy it at the grocery store, cream to rub on your skin. that helps take care ofthat problem. one other thing is... you want to remove it, you want that stuff out of youas soon as possible, so i am always finding
that i'm kinda rubbing on those areas. aftera while that sulfur gets to it and it kind of comes out of you. i rub it out of me allof the time. hours and hours, i've spent so many hours rubbing the stuff out but that, you know, is pretty much visible proof that you are getting rid of that stuff. it is comingout of you, you know, so you want to do that as much as possible, but the thing about thatis whenever you rub on it, it goes in your blood stream more (the sulfur) and so youare getting more of it into your system. so you will have to figure out how to do that.probably try to avoid doing it later on in the day or at night. i do it all thetime, but like i said it gets more of it in your system and that's really notwhere you want it. you want some of it in your
system. you want it to kind of exude out onto your skin and stuff and that is going to happen anyway, but you want to kinda keepit down as much as possible. anyway that's about all i have right now. if i think ofother things that really will help you out a lot i will try to throw them up on anothervideo or whatever. but the key i say, basically, is if you are going to do this, you know,is to just never give up man. you just can't give up. i've been doing it, i've been usingthe soap for over ten years and before that i was using all kinds of other stuff, i did'nteven know what i was doing, with stuff, you know, and i'm still here, man, so i just nevergave up. if it gets tough, man, you just gotta keep going. it's going to get better. i meansome days you find that uh..., it's better
and better for me the longer i do it i amgetting more cured, but man in the beginning, it just seemed that some days it just seemedlike it was just so tortuous it would never stop. but i finally realized that hey justwait a few more days and it will be better than it is right at that moment. and it alwayshappens. it will get better in a day or two, a few days, i say two, three days it's going to be betterthan what you find yourself... where you find yourself out at the moment. sometimes it's pretty rough,but... so, just don't give up during the hardest moments because it does get better, it alwaysdoes. they don't last forever. and it may happen to where it gets better, and then itwill get bad again, it's kind of like a roller coaster ride, and so those low spots you justgotta ride 'em out until you get back up
on a higher spot and you're ok again. and sothat's kind of how it is, it's like a long roller coaster ride. it slowly starts to even outthough, the longer you go, and the better shape you get in. and that roller coaster kindastarts moving out and you are much better. that's why i want to tell you guys, man, inmy opinion, there is a solution for this problem. and really, this is not the real solutionthough. the real solution is knowledge, man, if everybody knew this, it should be in thecurriculum for kids, every school year, man, stressed! it is an insidious problem, andthat's the real solution, is knowledge, having everybody know everything about it. so youdon't end up like me, and you don't have to do this tough solution. but since there isa solution for the worst cases, i consider
there is a solution for everything. so, justdon't let it happen to you when you're young. if you find that you are starting to havea problem, well shave your head, and nip that sucker in the bud, man. then everybody willbe fine, and that stuff will go away more and more and more. now i don't know aboutthe animals. might want to breed hairless dogs. and the cats, ahhhh... you know, i don'tknow if that can be fixed. and the birds, that'll never be fixed. you have to kind of avoid that (them)somewhat. i'm sure they have the same problem. anyway, that's all i have for now.see you in another video.
